The next stage of HIPs arrives

The Government has today announced that Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) will be rolled out to three bedroom properties. The phased basis ensures a smooth transition for HIPs into the housing market as the Government attempts to transform the property industry for the benefit of both the customer and the environment.

We are ready for the next stage of HIPs after their successful introduction in early August. After taking over 100 HIP orders within the first week the property experts are delighted that all their hard work and preparation is beginning to pay off.

Our systems are fully prepared and equipped to tackle this next phase of HIPs and, working closely with agents, movewithus are confident that the recent successes can be continued.
